UniNotes is a note-taking application that allows users to capture, organize, and export handwritten or photographed notes by subject, entirely on-device, with optional push notifications and promotional content.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Notes, photos, and exported PDFs you create remain on your device and belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your notes. You are responsible for backing up your own content; uninstalling the App or losing your device may result in permanent loss of locally stored notes.
You agree not to use the App to store or distribute unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the App beyond what is permitted by law, or interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure.
The App displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob to support free access to the App. Ads are shown on a non-personalized basis.
The App's design, branding, and underlying software are owned by [Your Name / Urban Techx] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
